about us

After renting this villa in 2021 and 2022 (known then as Villa Adeste), we are thrilled to be the new owners. We fell in love with it after spending a month here each year. Renamed as Villa Aprica (which means having lots of sunshine), the home is ready for you to experience Coral Bay. We will keep the stellar reputation of this Villa intact as we work to make your time on St. John memorable and relaxing. We know you will also fall in love with Villa Aprica for your island getaway!

available dates & rates

Our vacation rental rate of $600/night is for up to six-person occupancy. Additional charges include a 12.5% USVI tax and a $225 per stay deep cleaning fee. Our minimum stay is 3 nights.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. If you arrive before 4 PM we will only allow early check-in if the unit is cleaned and ready.

Booking can be done on VRBO or directly with owners to save additional fees.

We don’t provide snorkeling gear for health-related reasons, but there are several places to rent it by the day or for the week. There are lots of sea turtles grazing and it’s something special to watch them through snorkel gear.

The property has solid Wi-Fi connectivity (usually between 80-100 mbs) if you need to do a little work or want to stream the latest on Netflix, Hulu, etc. We have no trouble with Zoom calls and video conferencing.

This property is nothing short of spectacular! It sets up perfectly for 3 couples and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. Each day we visited a different beach, then enjoyed the pool and the views before heading out at night. Everything we needed was available: towels, cooler, beach chairs for fun in the sun, and the kitchen was well-prepped for grilling and dining on the deck or poolside. The hosts were communicative and wonderful to work with. We'll be back!

Had an incredible week here. The hosts are extremely attentive and eager to assist. The house is fabulous, with every possible amenity and a view that just goes on forever. Love the location, which is far enough removed to give a sense of being totally lost but very convenient to the restaurants. Lots of wildlife, including goats, donkeys, roosters, chickens, one very hungry sugar bird and mobs of colorful fish. Special shout out to Fred, the huge mutton snapper at Lime Out, who is just like a hungry puppy. As always, so very sad to leave but, of course, that means we can come back soon. From start to finish, Villa Aprica was an absolutely incredible experience. Denise was such a delightful host. She was always readily available via text and responded quickly when we had any questions at all. She is also very thoughtful and even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday! My husband's two brothers and their wives met us there in the middle of the week to celebrate and this villa was a perfect layout for three couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with ample space and privacy. The rooms were all generously sized and the beds were extremely comfortable. I love to travel, but often have a hard time sleeping well because of the beds...these beds were amazing-we all commented on how well we slept each night. The bathrooms were all equipped with plenty of towels and the provided body wash and shampoo/conditioner combo were a nice bonus! We ended up cooking breakfast daily and the kitchen had all we needed for that. We even used the grill and cooked a couple of dinners at the villa as well. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. for us to use - whatever we needed for cooking was there (including some oils and spices). The balcony was one of my favorite spots in the entire home. The views are just incredible. I love that you see the open waters, but you also get to see the different terrain that the island offers with its hills and mountains. We ate all of our meals out here, as this is where the dining table is located...and why would you want it anywhere but out there!? As you can see from the pictures, you get both enchanting sunrises AND moon rises in that space. We also have never stayed on the island so close to the bay where you have boats docked at night. We thought this was actually quite a romantic view with the dim lights from the boats reflecting off the water and the moonlight adding to the soothing ambiance. I could probably go on and on, but instead, I think you should just go and see the beauty of Villa Aprica for yourself! I have a feeling you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much, Denise, for allowing us to be guests in your home. Each time we visit, we appreciate our time on the island and this stay will certainly not be forgotten!

This home in Saint John’s is absolutely incredible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway! Amazing beaches and beautiful hikes close by too.

Wow! Just Wow!! Where do I start? We just got back from the most relaxing, beautiful, perfect vacation and we can’t wait to go back! This house was the most cozy and roomy home that can fit you and the family very comfortably. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is plus too! The views from the balcony’s are breathtaking!!! That’s the only way to describe it! The house has everything you need you just do the food shopping! There are close by delicious restaurants and local bars that have wonderful music. Everyone on the Island is so nice and respectful of each other and of the island. Bringing me to the beaches… so amazing! Snorkeling is crystal clear and the beach itself is the cleanest beaches I’ve ever seen. There is history to the island to be explored on hikes too. You’ll see donkeys all over ( which was our favorite lol ) and some other wild life. It’s just an overall wonderful place to visit that’s not too touristy making it a nice calm place to vacation while you’re in a beautiful cozy home. Also, owner Denise , was an absolute pleasure to work with! We will definitely be going back!!!

Villa Aprica with its awe-inspiring views and luxurious amenities proved to be the perfect haven for our St. John vacation. As soon as we stepped foot into it, we were captivated by its charm. Each of the villa's three bedrooms exuded a sense of tranquility. The bedrooms are large, have a private bath and AC units. The quality of the linens, pillows, and mattresses ensured a restful night's sleep. The bedroom doors open up to a panoramic view overlooking Coral Bay and Hurricane Hole. We found the accommodations to be perfect for our family of four, and it could comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The most exceptional feature of this villa was its stunning view. Whether we were lounging on the terrace or enjoying a refreshing dip in the private pool, the view created a surreal backdrop to our daily activities. The villa's kitchen was well-equipped making meal prep easy - eating breakfast on the patio overlooking Coral Bay was the perfect way to start each day. In addition there are beach chairs, coolers, and ice packs readily available for guests to pack the perfect picnic and hit their favorite beach spot. Location-wise, Villa Aprica offered the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. While we enjoyed the serene seclusion and the feeling of being far away from the hustle and bustle, the proximity to beaches and our favorite dining establishments (Skinny Legs!) made the location perfect for our needs. Highly recommended, this villa is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered by discerning travelers.
